Business Associate Agreement (BAA): Enfoglobe enters into a BAA with each client to provide our products and services. Enfoglobe has signed a BAA with the Server Farm (Google, Inc.) to use their HIPAA Google Cloud Platform (GCP) This is where Client Data is stored and maintained. Reporting Incidents: Enfoglobe will report to the Client any security incident of which it becomes aware, including breaches of unsecured PHI as required by HIPAA subsection 164.410. Enfoglobe online services and client data are hosted in a secure, world class HIPAA server hosting facility and provide sophisticated user information and application feature security. |
