Enfoglobe Systems provide two-factor authentication to protect each User login. If the feature is enabled for a given User account, the System will send a randomized, six (6) numeric digits verification code to the User's email whenever the User attempts to login. The user will be required to enter the received code as a Verification Code. Once the code is verified, the User will be able to access the System. Data Audits and Controls The Login Audit Report lists login attempts for the selected user within a selected time period, including IP addresses and dates. The Report also lists whether the User account was blocked. The Customer Data Audit Report created by the Emergency Contact or Administrator compiles a report of all edits performed on Customer/Patient data, including information on whether data was deleted. In the event that suspicious activity is detected by Enfoglobe, we will report the discrepancy to the Client and can block accounts. Clients are encouraged to run regular audit reports. Customer/Patient Information Export To prepare for potential emergency situations, the Administrator and Security Officer can periodically export Customer/Patient information as a backup. This function extracts an encrypted version of all Customer/Patient information. Access to this export file is protected by a two-factor authentication process. The system sends periodic reminders to Emergency Contact to run this export. Account Blocking The System blocks accounts in cases of multiple unsuccessful login attempts. The default maximum login attempts are three (3). This default can be changed. In cases of suspicious situations related to a User account or when an employee leaves, an Administrator can manually block the account using special control functions. Login Audits The System provides a report of all login attempts for selected Users for a defined period of time. The audit report lists the number of attempts and the Internet Protocol (IP) address from which the System was accessed. Functionality Access Control Access to the System is enabled through login credentials, including 2-factor login validation. The System provides role-based security that limits access to System functions depending on a User role assigned to a login account. Each Role defines a list of functions that can be accessed in the System. Our utilities allow creation of custom Roles and security access using Security Tokens, including horizontal (data) control and vertical (main tabs) access control.
