InteractiveCare™ (IC) is a customizable online solution, including a Patient Portal with Educational Modules about medical procedures, risks/benefits, and treatment options, and a Mobile Health Journal. Education includes multimedia animations, 3D graphics, graphs, videos, chat/video. The Mobile Health Journal is a mobile application in which patients track health status daily, view individual trends, and securely transfer their health data to a medical Provider Portal for consultation. The Provider Portal has patient health status alerts and individual and group trend analysis of Education Module progress and data collected through the Mobile Health Journal. IC improves health status and treatment monitoring, and reduces health and legal risks.
IC is based on Enfoglobe’s Interactive Media Platform™, allowing for complete customization. Enfoglobe, Inc. works closely with the client to customize healthcare solutions. The process includes iterative cycles of: requirements gathering and analysis, mockups and prototypes of concepts, client feedback sessions, and revisions. This includes creating databases and large data storage and processing. All solutions are HIPAA compliant, with multiple security mechanisms, and are hosted in HIPAA-complaint server farms.
